This design's main structure is, as the name implies, based upon a circle,  which makes for an interesting overall design challenge. The kitchen is located toward the middle of the circular shape with all additional rooms and spaces radiating out from the middle. The design features two bedrooms, a master suite, powder room, large living space with two seating areas, a spacious dining area with a wet bar, tv and bookcases. Also included in the design is a laundry, storage space, a home office zone, a space for playing music, an interior koi pond and fountain, a two car garage with storage and workshop spaces and a wraparound concrete deck with outdoor furniture. To add some architectural drama there is a two tiered roof system with clerestory windows all around the higher central portion of the roof.
