One Bedroom Home This Plan features a simple single story home with several interesting design elements. You may download the PDF file which will allow you to be able to zoom in and out as well as navigate within the Document.
Tropical Villa This file is just under 7 megs in size, so you will need to be a bit patient, depending on your broadband connection speed. This Design and file are copyrighted. You will notice my name watermarked on each page. In addition, you will not be able to print this file. It's main function is to simply give you a very good sense of this particular Design through the use of interactive Perspective Views and Renderings of the different areas of the home, in relation to the basic Floor Plan. If you would like to contact me with any inquiries in regards to purchasing this Custom Design, including all the Construction Documents related to this Plan, or just to ask any questions, etc, feel free to do so. Obviously, many of the material choices and finishes can be modified to best suit a particular Client's tastes. This particular Design is well suited for a warm climate, as you will glean from all of the open, but covered, walkways leading to the different structures on the site. That being said, those covered walkways could be enclosed to better suit a cooler climate. The other option would be the use of a Raised Foundation, as opposed to slabs on grade, and incorporating wood walkways and decks in lieu of the Stone and Concrete finishes as shown. |
